Responsibilities: As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of landscape gardening projects. Assisting in the coordination and management of project timelinesAssisting in the procurement and management of necessary resourcesCollaborating with clients, garden designers, and contractors to ensure project successMonitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the Project ManagerOverseeing quality control and ensuring adherence to project specificationsHelping with quoting, ordering, and scheduling jobsWriting up risk assessments and method statementsUpdating social media pages and websitesAdditional responsibilities as neededRequirements:Previous experience in project management, preferably in the landscaping or construction industryStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)A passion for landscaping and a keen eye for detail
