ROLE: Assistant Operations Manager - Waste Management & Recycling Yard / Site

As Assistant Site Operations Manager you will oversee a waste recycling operation, handling recyclable material ensuring KPI's are met and safety, ISO standards, environmental and company policies are adhered to.

You will develop the team to deliver effective processing and output within the operation and ensure that staffing levels are controlled, and performance levels are kept to a high standard.

A hands-on approach is needed for this growing company.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Assistant Operations Manager - Waste Management & Recycling Yard / Site

WAMITAB / COTC Level 4 would be beneficial

Excellent man management skills.

Any mobile plant tickets are welcome including 360 Grab / Excavator, Loading Shovel, Telehandler etc.

IOSH or NEBOSH Qualifications a plus
