You will formulate the aims and objectives of the school and establish policies for achieving these aims and objectives. Working as part of the team, this role represents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious individual to develop as a senior leader and take the next step in their Leadership career. Your strong leadership and ability to provide effective support to colleagues will enable the organisation to achieve the best possible outcomes for all of our students.Within this role, you must be ambitious and able:To work with the Principal and the Vice Principal to strategically drive the development of a broad and rich curriculum that meets the needs of all learners, ensuring continuity and progressionTo ensure that the curriculum vision for the school is clearly articulated, shared, understood and acted upon effectively by all stakeholdersTo create a shared vision of Leadership Roles and Responsibilities, empowering leaders to act within our guiding principles, achieving shared goals, and developing our own competences.Model best teaching practice for individuals and groups of teachers within the AcademyWe welcome applications from candidates who are Assistant Principals or experienced Middle Leaders in all subject areas or have a particular specialism.AET was established in 2008 and is now a national network of 57 primary, secondary, and special schools.
