They specialise in property alterations and modifications, damage restoration and maintenance projects. They work with Social and Private Housing clients, Property Management Companies, Care Homes, Schools, Councils and Commercial Buildings. Overview of Role:
Responsible for the planning and scheduling of job orders, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness whilst providing a first-class service to our customers. This role will require teamwork and close liaison with all stakeholders in the business and assist daily in managing targets and workflows effectively.Key Responsibilities: Be the initial point of contact for tenants for urgent, routine and adaption worksScheduling customer appointments and creating eventsNotifying customers on planned arrival of workersAssigning jobs to relevant trade/department within the required job category via computer communication whilst considering cost, customer service and resource availabilityRaising survey events on new COTs, Adaptions and Response jobsMonitoring progress of all jobs to ensure all scheduled works are completed and PDAs completed correctlyLiaise with administration team, supervisor and management to answer queries and review works in progressLiaise daily with client district maintenance officers/administratorsMonitoring of required completion dates, ensuring they are meet, or extension requested were requiredDealing with queries and complaint resolutionMaintaining standards and processes to reach KPI targets.Support other planning areas when required as part of a cross-functional team environmentPrioritise customer orders by due date to support the company in meeting target deadline KPIEscalate issues promptly to management and help resolve problems in a timely fashionTo perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work Policy The Ideal Person: IT literate, proficient in Microsoft OfficePrevious experience of scheduling / logisticsExperience in customer service and customer excellenceExperience operating within the construction industry with a focus toward housing maintenanceExcellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationshipsStrong planning and organisation skillsAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a cross functional teamAbility to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines & targetsGood understanding of operating costs and productivity levelsKnowledge of construction and the skills off the team membersGood customer service/customer care skillsThe ability to deal with the unexpected and good problem-solving skillsFor further information on this vacancy, or any other Built Environment job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Robert Apps for a confidential discussion
