Assistant Operations Business Manager (Responsive Repairs)

Fairhive is a non-profit affordable housing provider with ambition. We already provide affordable housing to more than 20,000 people in our community but we want to do more. That's why we are striving to provide 1,000 additional homes by 2025.
As an Assistant Operations Business Manager at Fairhive you can expect to be in a dynamic role and to be an integral member of our team, providing support to the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the business.
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious individual with strong interpersonal skills who is able to multi-task to provide direction and support to the Responsive Repairs team.
On the Job you will:?
Lead a team of in house Operatives to deliver a cost effective and efficient repairs and maintenance service
Manage the repairs process to ensure we complete repairs within required timescales
Manage contractors to complete repair works over and above the capacity of our in house team
Work closely with our asset management teams to ensure properties are meeting the Decent Homes Standard
