WORKING PATTERN:
Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office.About this opportunityYou’ll have a key role within the Website Content Team, delivering the team plan that is making a positive difference for our customers within an energising environment where you can work at pace, making valuable contributions and improvements to the customer experience.You’ll support the team in redefining how our customers experience our website through the delivery of our strategic plan. You'll work with the team and key collaborators to craft website content that brings the brand the life, uses the optimum design treatment and provides the customer with the best journey.You’ll ensure that performance data and insight are the main drivers of our recommendations whilst also continuing to learn through results and measurement, optimising future activity.As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll:Support our strategic objective of driving outstanding customer journeys across our public websiteIdentify key moments in existing customer journeys to build better experiences, whilst also focusing on creative excellenceAnalyse and interpret data to support and form recommendations and present these to key collaboratorsEstablish excellent working relationships to collaborate with partners and teams to achieve shared objectivesWhat you’ll needProven marketing communications development experience and ability to manage website content changes from brief through to livePassion and enthusiasm for doing the right thing for our customersGood understanding of digital / customer journeys and how to build effective online content and customer experiencesStrong understanding of the importance of brand and it’s impactStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively with othersExcellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data from multiple sourcesAbout working for usOur focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
