Lanes Fine Jewellery is a family-run diamond specialist located in the heart of Leicester city centre and with a further branch in Stamford, Lincolnshire. We offer bespoke fine jewellery, wedding rings, and engagement rings.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Lanes Fine Jewellery in Leicester. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day store operations, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for training and supervising staff, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Knowledge of jewellery and diamonds is essential, with at least 3 years experience in the jewellery trade.
Experience in visual merchandising is a plus
Minimum grade 5 (or equivalent) in English and Maths at GCSE
