Assistant Manager - Busy Independent Craft Beer Pub
Salary Up to £36,000 per annum, Including tips and management bonus . Discounted food & drink .
Old Fountain near Old Street is looking for a motivated and outgoing personality to support the GM in the day to day running of this busy and friendly pub.
We have also opened a sister site nearby and all staff will be expected to do shifts at both sites.
About Us
Located just a 2min walk from Old St station, the pub comprises a bar/restaurant on the ground floor with a sunny roof terrace upstairs (functional year round with umbrellas and heaters).
We serve a selection of real ales alongside 20 taps with an impressive wine and spirit selection too. Food is currently served Tue-Sun with amazing Sunday Roasts.
About the Role of Assistant Manager
Experience with table service and a good level of fitness is essential.
We are looking for:
Previous experience in a fast paced working environment
Passion for customer service and teamwork
Interest in food and drink (beer especially but not essential)
Personality
Complete competence of running shifts & leading a team
RELIABILITY
Social media skills would be a bonus
Hours of Work
Working week is 45 hours over 5 days with potential for more when needed.
