r, you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers, building relationships and creating a memorable experience in store. You will be leading a team and supporting your Store Manager in driving sales and KPI's to ensure that the high levels of performance are maintained, developing your team members to be successful in their careers!
Our client is a premium Ladies Fashion retailer with a huge following - they are leading the way in the market and have no plans to stop, with new store openings on the horizon!
Assistant Manager responsibilities
:
Working closely with your Store Manager to drive sales & KPIs in store
Leading by example and providing an exceptional customer experience on the retail floor
Inspiring, coaching and developing your team to progress in their careers
Keeping up to date with latest fashion trends
Visual merchandising & maintaining immaculate boutique imagine
Experience and background required
:
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within retail
Strong background in ladies fashion, ladies footwear or accessories
A track record in driving KPIs and developing retail teams
A collaborative, people focused leadership style
Experience working in fast-paced, service focused environments
