Assistant Manager to help lead a successful brand and manage a busy rooftop bar

Assistant Manager to continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
A Assistant Manager to support General Manager in delivering sales and P&L
Developing a high-performing and motivated team
The Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
Experience with managing large teams is a must
An Assistant Manager with busy bar experience is a must
Assistant Manager that has a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
Assistant Manager that has the ability to work within a fast paced / high-volume environment
An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
