Franco Manca, the Neapolitan sourdough pizza restaurant is looking for passionate Assistant Managers for our restaurant in East Dulwich.

The Assistant Manager we are looking for will:
Have experience of working in Hospitality in a similar role
Be capable of maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards
Have the ability to lead a team in the Restaurant Manager absence
Possess a hands-on attitude!
Enjoys working in a busy, fast paced but fun and friendly environment
