Big Padlock Assistant ManagerAs an Assistant Manager at Big Padlock, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our clients. To help you succeed, we offer comprehensive on-site training to help you meet and exceed your performance goals.In this role, you will:
* Educate customers about our products and services to help them make informed decisions about their unit size and experience at our sites.
* Use data analysis to support our company's growth through excellent customer service.
* Ensure customer accounts are always up to date by accurately entering data into our management system.
* Maintain high standards of unit cleanliness and report any maintenance needs to ensure a seamless customer experience.To be considered, you should have:
* Computer proficiency, especially with Office 365.
* Sales or retail experience (preferred but not required).
* Strong communication skills.
* A valid driver's license.**Based on agreement, four out of seven workdays equaling to 30 hours will be scheduled
