Your responsibilities will include analysing sales data to devise strategies for boosting sales and profitability through visually appealing and commercially viable standards.
The ideal candidate should possess a background in customer-facing retail roles, with experience in a high-turnover environment. As a seasoned people manager, you'll exhibit a natural leadership style capable of motivating your team to uphold the exceptional customer service standards expected by the company.
