What's involved?

Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a premium high-volume restaurant environment. You must be able to lead by example and be able to inspire and motivate your team. The role will involve training and developing the team and working with the General Manager and Head Chef to offer the best possible experience for all guests.

You will manage the staff, compliance, training, rota, ordering and service of the site.
