This role would play a crucial part in the day to day branch operations, working alongside the Branch Manager to oversee and manage the workload.The branch covers all aspects of fast fit work including, but not limited to, tyres, alignments, batteries, brakes ect. The team also offer a mobile tyre fitting service to a variety of commercial and agricultural customers, in addition to maintaining a number of local fleets.Role Purpose:To assist and be involved / responsible in all aspects of Depot activities, including but not restricted to, Account and Retail Sales transactions and Commercial operationsTo be responsible for the actions and conduct of depot staff always ensuring the depot working practices and processes adhere to all current legislation’s (HSE, Employment Law, etc)To be responsible for all aspects of depot performance to agreed sales and profitability targets, comply with depot standards as set by the company and sustains highest levels of customer service, efficiency and professionalismKey duties and responsibilities:Be responsible for selling, customer service and service activities, ensuring staff competence in these areas so as to optimise and sustain sales and profitability performance to targets, and agreed levels of customer service.Take responsibility for depot stock levels, stock control and reorder requirements.Manage upkeep and condition of all equipment and depot premises to minimum depot standards as instructed by the company from time to time.Ensure compliance with company requirements.Act as an ambassador for the company, being knowledgeable, professional and friendly at all times.This role is 45 hours per week within our operating hours but you may be expected to work additional hours for the proper fulfilment of the roleJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to £32,000.00 per yearCompany pensionOn-site parkingSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Ability to commute/relocate:Rotherham, S60 1FB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Experience:managerial: 3 years (preferred)Apply Now!If you are interested in this role, get in touch below orclick here
