Assistant Management Accountant

Central Employment is proud to announce its partnership with a new client that aims to revolutionize industry practices. The client is actively seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities: Taking responsibility for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.Ensuring the accuracy of the fixed asset register and conducting month-end journal postings.Generating a monthly payment run.Creating Accrual and Prepayments journals.Performing Bank Reconciliations, including the reconciliation of Direct Debit accounts.Assisting in the analysis of month-end margins.Collaborating with the Management Accountant to lead the month-end process, ensuring deadlines are met to support reporting requirements.Handling the Quarterly VAT return.Completing financial returns for legal bodies.
