About the Role We are looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher with an enthusiasm and commitment to raising standards and providing the very best provision for all our children. The successful candidate will take their place in our new leadership structure and undertake a significant role across the school.You will be responsible for the provision and outcomes for Vulnerable Groups which includes our children with English as an Additional Language (many of whom are new to the country), Looked after Children and those who are classed as disadvantaged. You will also lead the Upper School (Years 4 -6) and have responsibility for a class within these year groups. The role offers the opportunity to gain a wide and varied experience of school leadership and offers the chance to be innovative. If you are successful you will receive further support and CPD to enable you to meet with success in this new role and your future career.
