Assistant Headteacher
Grade: Leadership Scale
Full Time, Permanent
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Headteacher, who believes in putting students first and removing barriers, to be part of the next stage of our rapid improvement journey.
You will provide strong and motivational leadership as part of a team delivering school improvement to secure outstanding provision and outcomes for every student at The Hinckley School.
The successful candidate will with the Headteacher, be accountable for the delivery of key strategic objectives, make decisions in line with the vision and values of the School and the Trust and deputise for the Headteacher as required

The successful candidate will have experience of working in the secondary sector, able to think strategically, and to build and communicate a coherent vision. You will be able to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower others to carry the vision forward and attain high goals.
