Permanent, Full time, required from September 2024
Salary: Leadership Scale 13 to 17, £63,430 to £69,970 per annum
John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and approachable teacher and leader to join our evolving organisation. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a major role in the management and strategic leadership of the school. As Director of Post-16 you will be the strategic lead for our successful Sixth Form, ensuring alignment with the overall school vision and educational goals, and the continual improvement of the quality of provision across all areas. As Assistant Headteacher you will have a whole school responsibility, the specific area of which will be confirmed on appointment.

• Ability or willingness to act as an additional DDSL (training provided if required)
