Job DescriptionPosition– Assistant General ManagerLocation– Chesea, LondonEmployment type– Full timeSalary– £28,600Are you ready for your next step?Antidote provides wellness services to residents of London’s most exclusive developments, and we are looking for a superstar Assistant General Manager to join the team.What will you be doing?The Assistant General Manager role is varied and exciting. It’s the perfect early-stage management role for ambitious fitness professionals who want to learn and ultimately grow into a future General Manager.Daily role will include:Playing a key role in delivering fitness and wellbeing services to residents.Delivering Personal Training and Group Classes.Onboarding residents to the Antidote platform.Supporting the promotion and delivery of wellness events.Working closely with the wider estate management to help generate a wellbeing culture across the community.A collaborative approach to effectively managing a team, alongside the General Manager.Regular and ongoing staff engagement focus, getting the best out of your team.Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.An operational focus, to safely and effectively manage a facility.General administrative duties.What will you get in return?A competitive salary, increased OTE with the delivery of Personal Training.
