Team Leadership & Engagement

Maximise the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey Building and fostering strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand Leveraging all clienteling tools and opportunities to drive loyalty Operations
Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence Managing floor recovery, size and price integrity Analysis data, utilise reports and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with the General Manager Pay Range Max

Energetic, passionate and results driven Extensive experience in a fast-paced environment with a previous management experience Excellent analytical and communication skills
