Currently, we are looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead our site, specifically seeking for a proven leader with experience managing high volumes. Due to the complexity of the operation, please note that our recruitment strategy will prioritise experienced Assistant General Managers who have managed restaurants of a similar size for several years.The role will oversee our flagship site in London Bridge, spread across 2 floors with 220 covers, and a hidden speakeasy bar that fits 50.
