We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team.
This position will support the Front Office management team and report directly to the Front of House Manager.
As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of our front office team, providing training, revising procedures and ensuring our guests have a smooth and exceptional experience when staying at the Royal Garden Hotel.

Assistant Front Office Managers Key responsibilities:
Assists the Front of House Manager in the following functions:
Weekly rotas
General administration of front office's team members
Reception team quality and level of service
Guest satisfaction
Involvement in training and SOP revision
Departmental financial matters
Has strategic approach to the training and development of the department
Assists in developing a formal training plan and to implement it in conjunction with the standard manual.
Coordinates with relevant departments to ensure a smooth operation.
