Job title: Assistant/Floor Manager Location: Chelsea Salary: £38,000/year Working hours: 44 hours per week
I'm currently looking to recruit an Assistant/Floor Manager on behalf of my client, a thriving restaurant establishment in the heart of Chelsea.
Responsibilities: - Manage the restaurant floor with a personable touch and hands-on approach - Oversee and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth operations - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns promptly - Assist in staff training and development programs - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
Requirements: - Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
