We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.The UK business is headquartered in London, with over 1200 specialists throughout 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.The UK Finance team includes a diverse and sociable group of individuals who form the functions of Financial and Management Accountants, FP&A, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.Job DescriptionEnsure accurate accounting through the application of department processes and proceduresProduction of reporting and analysis of company performanceBusiness Partnering with divisional and department heads across the businessAccountingEnsure prompt and accurate month end reportingEnsure correct allocation of costs between departments based on agreed cost driversProduction of Balance Sheet reconciliations within agreed timetables to ensure SOX complianceAssist with quarterly revenue recognition testing (US GAAP)Respond to ad hoc queriesReporting, Analysis and Business PartneringProduction of monthly department P&Ls with variance analysis commentaryDevelop relationships with relevant divisional and department headsProduction of ad hoc reports and analysis based on business requirementsQualificationsEssentialTeam player but also able to work autonomouslyStrong interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsResults/deadline drivenExcel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)AAT qualified or equivalentPreferredStudying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMAExposure to SOX controlsAdditional InformationIf you're interested in gaining excellent industry knowledge, whilst receiving a competitive package, then please apply with your CV and a cover letter stating why you think you'd be suitable.
