Job DescriptionSupporting the Finance Business Partner in delivering strategic financial advice.Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.Supporting project teams with financial management and advice.Helping to ensure financial controls are maintained.Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.Participating in the improvement of financial systems and processes.Working with other team members to achieve department goals. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Finance Business Partner should have:A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.Experience in financial business partnering.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
