Assistant FM, West & North London, to £32.5k plus zone 3 travel card and benefits

We are working with a leading Facilities Management Service Provider to recruit an Assistant Facilities Manager to work within their M&E/ technical FM team.

You will assist the FM Contract Manager in the day to day operations of delivering an M&E maintenance service to a portfolio of exclusive/ 5* care homes in west and north London.

Typically you will be providing admin support to the Contract Manager, logging maintenance jobs onto system, contacting contractors to arrange works, getting quotations, checking contractors RAMs, H&S and compliance paperwork, overseeing contractors on site and ensuring their quality of work, compiling data and generating management reports. You will need to communicate internally as well as with key stakeholders within the client's business and subcontractors.

It is fully expected that this role will develop into an FM Contract Manager position within a couple of years.

We need a 'switched on' individual with drive and energy who is keen to develop a career in Facilities Management. Could suit an FM or engineering graduate or someone with a couple of years of facilities experience.

Our client is offering a salary up to £32,500 per annum.  Plus benefits such as: Salary  review at 6 months, Pension, Zones 1-3 expensed & 22 days holiday (+ bank holidays)
