Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the estimating team to analyse project specifications and requirements.


• Assist in preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for civil construction projects.


• Conduct thorough research on materials, labour, and equipment costs to ensure precision.


• Support in the preparation of bid proposals, ensuring adherence to client requirements.


• Work closely with project managers and engineers to gather essential data for estimating.


• Utilise estimating software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.


• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with estimating software.
