We are looking for an experienced HR administrator to join our busy ER team.

To be successful in this role you should have good communication skills to communicate with various stakeholders across the business. You should also have good knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures.

This role is full time, initially fixed term for 3 months, with a view to going to permanent.

What you'll get to do:

  • Be the first point of contact for ER questions and queries including policies and procedures, and advising colleagues on SAGE our HR system,
  • Collate data and produce reports for our ER function
  • Provide admin support to our Employee Relations Business Partners
  • Take notes at ER hearings and meetings and transcribing them in a timely manner
  • Set up meetings with various stakeholders, prepping any paperwork for them in advance
  • Support the ongoing ER Business partners with ER casework
  • Be responsible for supporting the People Team and Head of ER and Engagement by collecting accurate data for reporting and board reports
  • Accurately inputting data into SAGE and following processes to update employee personnel records

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Be able to effectively multi task
  • Proficient in Microsoft office 365 products
  • Be a clear and effective communicator
  • Have knowledge of Employee Relations Processes
  • Have knowledge of employment laws
