a dedicated and meticulous individual to join their cashroom team to cover maternity leave. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a supportive team, handling various responsibilities such as managing client information, inputting data, and assisting with cash transactions.Responsibilities:Inputting new client details and matters, and verifying provided identificationFiling and recording details of documents like title deeds, Wills, and Powers of AttorneyInputting fee notes and checking supplier invoicesProcessing card payments over the phoneConducting daily bank reconciliationsHours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:15.Qualifications & Experience:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workAbility to manage and prioritise tasks effectivelyBasic IT skills are necessary; familiarity with data inputting or accounting software is advantageousGood time management skills and a collaborative team playerSalary & Benefits: The salary for this role will be based on experience.Generous annual leave entitlementContributory pension schemeRewards programOption to join the Company's Healthcare ProviderAdditional Information: This role offers the possibility of a future permanent position within the department beyond the maternity leave period.
