Our distinct perspective allows us to achieve outstanding results for our clients and act as their most trusted advisers over the long term.ResponsibilitiesWork on multiple transactions and with multiple project teams simultaneously on all critical aspects of transactions, ranging from client development and initial opportunity evaluation to transaction strategy and executionLead teams in the preparation of financial and economic analyses and computer models required for evaluating and completing such transactions, as well as client presentations, information memoranda and offering documentsExperienced banker who seeks to identify new business opportunities for Rothschild & Co Global Advisory and new ideas for our clients that advance their strategic objectivesEducation and QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeExperience, Skills and Competencies RequiredPrior experience in an advisory or investment banking rolePrevious Metals and Mining or related industry Investment Banking experience, such as Energy or Natural Resources is preferredProven quantitative and analytical skills to develop financial models and valuations with a deep understanding of financial statement analysisAbility to provide direction and leadership in order to build a strong team environment and to build effective relationships between individuals, teams and lines of business, across different geographiesAbility to build long-term, professional relationships that add value to the client and lead to the expansion of the businessExperience leading client presentations, managing projects and the execution of transactionsAbility to simultaneously manage several projects in an extremely fast paced environment in order to meet critical deadlinesKnowledge of the relevant financial and regulatory environments that surrounds M&AAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and ExcelOur goal is to have a balanced, inclusive and flexible environment which enables all colleagues to achieve their personal and professional aspirations, and to ensure that Rothschild & Co provides longer term opportunities for talent.
