Assistant Designer - Menswear, Print, Pattern

£175 - £200
per day.

The client is a multinational high-street retailer.
Within this role, you would collaborate closely with senior designers, assisting in all aspects of the design process from concept development to production. This includes conducting research, creating sketches, selecting fabrics and materials, attending fittings, and providing support for presentations and fashion shows.
Key accountabilities of the role
Design Lead on direction for the season
in house designs working across daywear and essentials
across
print and pattern
including stripes and checks
to our sub brand handwritings including Jaeger to make sure there is clear brand DNA
Suite, Kaledo + Clo 3D softwares
Skills
Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Pattern / Print design experience
Menswear experience nice to have, but not essential
BA Degree- print / fashion / graphics
