Assistant Design Manager – Yorkshire - Main Contractor 

Our client is a renowned construction property services, infrastructure & new build organsiation that are proud to be a partner of choice when it comes to designing, building, maintaining, and connecting communities.
They are on the lookout for an Assistant Design Manager in their Yorkshire region working on High Rise Residential Projects. If you’re an experienced professional coming from an design background and have a number of years working within a Main Contractor I’d love to speak with today.

About you:

• Have experience working on High Rise Residential projects or multi room projects previously 


• As an Assistant Design Manager you will be responsible for all design and technical aspects of the project


• Collaborate with the Senior Design manager and wider team to delivery the programme on time


• Oversee document control with regards to registration and distribution of design and technical information


• Review sub-contractors drawings, and hold package review meetings with relevant site team members
