My client, are one of Manchesters busiest and most succesful Main Contractors that work solely in the Building sector, based out of their offices in Central Manchester. The region, are currently turning over circa �80m in the Manchester office with a strong pipeline of work ahead of them, leading into 2025/26.�

Their Head of Design, is looking to strengthen the team with the addition of an Assistant Design Manager to work closely, with one of their Senior Design Managers on one of the new jobs starting in the summer.�

Types of Projects: High Rise, Residential, Commercial, Education, Retail, Leisure, Sci-Tech. Ranging from �10m to �100m.�
