An Assistant Cook is required to support the Supported Employees to undertake their duties in the Coffee Stop Cafe. The Care & Support team provides opportunities for vulnerable adults to gain skills in catering within its Coffee Stop café situated within Barnes Park, which offers supported placement. There may also be a requirement to assist the Cook in the day service kitchens at Fulwell and Washington. 32 hours per week - could be more as and when required.
Key responsibilities:
Support the Supported Employees to undertake their duties in the Coffee Stop Cafe.
There may be occasions when the Assistant Cook will support the Cook to provide a catering service to the customers attending the day service.
Carry out cooking duties.
The services operate 7 days per week and the successful applicant would be required to work on a rota basis.
