Assistant Contracts Manager

Calling all aspiring Contracts Manager to this Assistant Contracts Manager position.

Fawkes & Reece are working with an ambitious family run main contractor who have a strong pipeline of work across high quality residential, commercial and student accommodation projects across London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Contracts Manager to join a friendly and fun company who like to focus on working hard while also having a good time. They have a really positive work environment and it has been this type of culture that have secured their great relationships with private and public sector clients who have continually given them repeat business.

This Assistant Contracts Manager will s[plit their time between working in the head office in Watford and going out on Site to visit the various projects. You will be working directly below the Contracts Manager and this person will ideally be aspiring to progress into being a Contracts Manager.

It would be beneficial for this Contracts Manager to have some Site experience or SMSTS or equivalent qualification and possibly some JCT contract knowledge.
