This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an industry leading company going through an exciting growth period. My client is looking for an assistant contract manager to support the maintenance teams and overlook management duties. The chosen Assistant Contract management will be responsible for looking after the maintenance teams, KPIs, current and new suppliers.

Job Description

• Support engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety
• Analyses KPIs and performance reviews
• Act as a proactive and positive member of the maintenance management team
• Directing the business in the direction of growth with, costings, performance and suppliers
• Responsible for the successful and profitable contract delivery, achieving set income targets
• 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Requirements

• HNC or HND
• Legionella L8 preferred
• Leadership skills
• A proven track record withing in M&E maintenance sector P&L management
• Full UK Driving License
