This role is instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our cigar shop and lounge, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our members.
Annabel’s
at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the cigar shop and lounge, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers on cigar selection, pairing, and accessories.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cigar shop and lounge area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Contribute to the development and execution of promotional events and initiatives to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
Train and mentor staff to uphold the company's standards of excellence in product knowledge and customer service.
Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies to optimize performance.
The idea candidate will:
Have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or luxury retail industry, with a strong understanding of cigars and related products.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse clientele.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to tobacco products is preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
