They specialise in cutting-edge propulsion systems for various industries, including marine, defence, and power generation.
The Role:
As an Assistant Chief Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Systems for the next generation of marine vehicles. You'll collaborate closely with the Chief Engineer, leading design and verification activities within the Electrical Design Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in generating product architecture and breakdown into sub-systems.
Task and manage allocated systems design teams.
Manage the Design Iteration and Approval process.
Support the Product Introduction Lifecycle Management.
Represent the company to customers, suppliers, and operators.
What We're Looking For:
Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering. Experience leading engineering teams. Expertise in AC and DC low voltage electrical power distribution systems. Strong communication and influencing skills. Lifecycle and project management experience.
Advantages:
Knowledge of marine and electrical standards and regulations. Professional registration as an Incorporated or Chartered Engineer. Experience with systems approach or equivalent methodologies.
