A medium-sized construction consultancy is seeking a motivated Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding Manchester team.

This consultancy prides itself on a diverse portfolio, offering services across a range of markets including commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure, public, education, heritage, and retail sectors.

The Assistant Building Surveyor role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will become an integral member of the Manchester team, engaging in a variety of projects across multiple sectors.

This role is designed to offer a broad exposure to professional surveying services, allowing the Assistant Building Surveyor to gain invaluable experience and skills in areas such as dilapidations, TDD, and other building surveying practices.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

• A degree in Building Surveying or a closely related discipline, demonstrating a strong foundation in the principles of building surveying.
• An eagerness to learn and develop within the field of building surveying, with a particular interest in professional services.
• A proactive approach to professional development, with an interest in working towards achieving MRICS status under the guidance and support of experienced surveyors.
• A genuine interest in working across various market sectors, including commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure, public, education, heritage, and retail.
