We currently have a new exciting opportunity for an
Assistant Accountant
based in Lisburn who will be supporting our team in ROI.
In this role you will be:
Assisting in the processing of all financial transactions for the ROI businesses
Supporting the Finance Manager with daily activities
Completing accounting transactional activities for businesses ensuring correct cost allocation working closely with all Accounts Payable staff
Reviewing the GRNI regularly to identify and solve any issues
Maintaining the weekly cashflow forecast for the business
Completing bank and nominal reconciliations to identify and solve arising issues
Assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts including month end journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed asset register, analysis & KPI's
Assisting Group Finance in the preparation of revenue submissions including VAT, VIES, Intrastat, Customs Duty and other government submissions such as national statistics
Assisting the Finance Manager with completing yearly budgets and ad hoc reporting to Group Finance.
