GS Private Credit is a dynamic platform with significant cross-pollination across strategies - investment grade, direct lending (middle market and large cap performing credit), opportunistic and structured investments across debt and equity.Goldman Sachs Alternatives Private Credit is seeking a highly driven individual to join the business unit COO team.RESPONSIBILITIESPlaying a key role in driving global initiatives to streamline currently in-place process and/or to support business developmentFacilitating the internal Credit Investment Committee process and deal allocationCoordinating investment offering correspondence between external clients and deal teamsProducing and distributing external/internal marketing materials as well as business-critical presentationsManaging various recurring reporting for senior leadership and internal GS stakeholdersRecruiting and retaining talent by driving campus / lateral recruiting process and managing resource allocation within business to align with divisional target and business strategyOverseeing floor administration, entitlement requests, expense approvalsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree2-4 years of prior work experience in a relevant fieldStrong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughTeam player with positive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgmentsAbility to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholdersCommercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive informationIntegrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
