With investment professionals across the globe, MAS invests or advises on assets for some of the world's leading corporations, sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, governments, financial institutions, endowments, foundations, and family offices.YOUR IMPACTWe are seeking a member to join our Multi Asset Solutions (MAS) Lead Portfolio Management (LPM) team. As a member of the Lead Portfolio Management Team within MAS Fiduciary Management channel, the person will have the responsibility for designing and constructing portfolios for large institutions particularly pension schemes. This role is client-facing and highly analytical, focusing on developing and communicating customized investment solutions and asset market views to clients.Core responsibilities include:Portfolio design, construction and oversight of client portfolios involving areas such as strategic asset allocation, investment manager / vehicle selection and oversight, risk / performance management and evaluationDevelop client relationships by understanding client investment needs and proposing appropriate portfolio solutionsCommunicate and develop materials for clients and prospects including investment-related analysis, client and prospect presentations and developing responses for client Request for Proposals (RFP)Work with distribution channels, senior portfolio managers and internal team to drive business opportunitiesConduct and be involved in client training sessions to discuss portfolio construction, approach to asset allocation, markets and economySKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR2-4 years of investment or portfolio management experience, with a preference for cross-asset experienceFIA or CFA charter holder preferred, or someone pursuing eitherClient-focused mentality with ability to communicate complex market ideas/strategies to clients of varying levels of sophistication in both large and small audiencesStrong interest in the financial markets and a good investment sense/commercial instinctHighly organized individual able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentIntelligent, creative, and good problem-solving abilitiesA self-starter, should have ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team environmentDetail oriented and meticulous, strong quantitative and analytical skills
