Asset Surveyor

MMP has partnered with a Norfolk based Housing Association who is seeking for a new Asset Surveyor on a 3-month contract (Extension Available). This Opportunity will be paying �30 Per hour Inside IR35. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is immediately available.
Our client is seeking for someone to provide an asset surveying service across the property portfolio, to all geographical locations via the Total Property Management (TPM) program. To undertake asset surveys of the property portfolio to determine the scope of work required, considering stock condition, Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS), Decent Homes (DH) and Energy Efficiency
About the Role:
* Ensure that all relevant information is captured and uploaded into the Asset Management System (C365).
* Responsible for the effective collection of data relating to Decent Homes, HHSRS, housing component condition and lifecycles and the assessment/rating of stock.
* Responsible for collecting property information in line with survey demands, properties in line with program requirements and operating plans.
* Assist with gathering property data relating to Health and safety, compliance sustainability and asbestos.
* Undertake periodic site surveys and ad-hoc surveys as required to ensure that quality standards are achieved.
* Undertake detailed Condition Surveys, Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules, and Dilapidations Surveys where required.
* To deal with tenant enquiries and complaints relating to stock condition surveys.
* Respond appropriately to emergency survey requests. To carry out other duties appropriate to the level and character of the post.
