Asset Surveyor

We are currently working with a Housing Association in the South Wales region who are looking for an Asset Surveyor to join their team and assist with their exiting planned and decarbonisation works. You will be in the Assests and Compliance team ensuring you provide tenants with the best service possible.
Salary: �35,000
Location: Port Talbot
As an Asset Surveyor , you will be assisting with:

• Undertaking stock condition surveys and regularly update asset management software following completion of planned work programmes
• Prepare planned programmes of works, costings, and specifications
• Support the Project Manager in the development and delivery of building and decarbonisation projects
• Support in the development and delivery of our Carbon Reduction strategy
• Pre-inspect, coordinate and post-inspect works to ensure health and safety, quality assurance, value for money and customer satisfaction

To be successful in this Asset Surveyor role, you will need to:

• Experience of undertaking stock condition surveys
• Knowledge of Welsh Housing Quality Standards
• Previous experience of working in a Housing Association environment
