NG Bailey Facilities Services currently has a fantastic new opportunity for an
Asset & PPM Data Manager.
The Asset and PPM Data Manager will provide an expert level of management of asset and PPM data within IFS to ensure industry compliance, efficient operational delivery and alignment with client asset and PPM data.
This role would be suitable for someone who is very analytically minded, with the ability to interpretcustomer asset data.Someone who plans ahead, has great forward thinking skills to achieve results within critical timelines.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
Asset Data Management -
Transform asset data provided by customers into standard NGB asset hierarchy and upload into IFS. Manage all changes to asset data in IFS. Work with Operational Leads, Technical Compliance Team and Energy Team to continuously improve the quality of asset data and ensure it meets the needs of asset lifecycle reporting to customers.
PPM Schedules -
Build and maintain all PPM schedules in IFS, optimising self-delivery schedules and ensure that all subcontract schedules reflect the visit dates agreed with subcontractors
Alignment with client CAFM systems
Compliance -
En
sure that changes and updates to SFG20 maintenance regimes and any other legislative or industry changes are reflected in IFS
Business Focussed Maintenance (BFM)
What we’re looking for:
Candidates should have Data management experience, within an M&E maintenance business or an in-house facilities management team. They will have previously provided m
anagement of asset and PPM schedule data within CAFM systems (e.g. Concept, Maximo) and have a d
etailed knowledge and understanding of M&E assets and the associated SFG20 (or other) maintenance regimes
