Yare House, Norwich37 hours per week Full-time (part-time considered)
Permanent A rare opportunity has arisen to be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Authority’s Asset Management systems. The role will be responsible for liaising with the Authority’s property consultants and landowners to secure new sites either through purchase or lease.The Asset Officer will work closely with the Director of Finance and the Director of Operations as well as flexibly across the three Directorates.You will need to work proactively on a range of sites from moorings, boathouses to visitor services facilities to ensure site records and inspections are kept up to date.If you would prefer an application pack to be sent to you please contact 01603 610734.Application forms should be emailed when completed to #####
