Our client is a leading investment and asset manager focused on town centre and retail assets across the UK. The team have a strong track record in repositioning community retail and town centres, and work with leading equity investors, Local Authorities and a broad range of lenders across both equity and debt markets.Key Responsibilitiesmanaging your allocated shopping centres.targets set within the agreed business plans for each asset.and executing value-add opportunities.wider consultant teamsdevelopment managementassets for sale, as and when appropriate.delivery of the agreed reporting in an accurate and timely fashion.Acquisitions:The successful candidate will participate in new acquisitions processes not only for existing clients but also for potential new mandates. This will require assisting in:rental levels and tenant demand for schemesan asset management strategy for a potential assetwith analysis of operational issuesCore Skills and ExperienceExperience in retail property management or asset management role (essential).
