The Role:
I have partnered exclusively with a brilliant real estate Property Company based in the West End, who are seeking an Asset Manager to join their team. This business is focusing on completing. investments throughout the UK, with a specific focus on transactions within London.
This business is private equity backed, and is lead by the expertise of 3 Partners with extensive and impressive careers within property investments. They have impressive growth strategies to both capitalise on current pricing conditions, and continue to grow its AUM across multiple sectors as the market improves.
The goal of the asset manager will be to maximise value from their commercial investments, through cap ex strategies including refurbishments, redevelopments, lease events, repositioning and more. As this is a lean team, you will also have great exposure to the full real estate life-cycle.
The Key Duties Will Include :
Proactive asset management for a diverse portfolio of properties which include a mixture of mixed-use assets, 3 London shopping centres, 2 office buildings, and a combination of residential buildings
Executing capital expenditure strategies include refurbishments, redevelopments, repositioning, in addition to maximising rental income via regears and lease renewals
Innovating within asset management initiatives, particularly with a focus towards ESG and the future-proofing of assets
Participate in leasing across the portfolio to ensure a profitable and diverse tenant mix
Identifying acquisition opportunities through the portfolio through detailed research and analysis
Overseeing and creating value add business plan for the existing portfolio of assets
Providing recommendations to support the property managers, leasing and professional teams to asset manage the existing portfolio and presenting our investors with recommendations.
Acting as a main contact for all third parties and local bodies
Developing and maintain ongoing relationships with investors to guide investment decisions in the long-term

The Successful Candidate Will Possess :
An autonomous self-starter, who can work effectively and independently in a lean private equity environment
Clear asset management track-record delivering a high return on a mixture of commercial assets
Strong excel skills and financial acumen, to ensure analysis on new investments, and the performance of existing assets, is produced to a high standard – with the ability to communicate clearly to our investor clients
