Asset Manager

Job DescriptionWe are working exclusively with a highly successful Real Estate Investment Manager who, due to a period of growth, are looking to recruit an Asset Manager to join their London based team.The role will report into the Head of Asset Management and be responsible for the strategic asset management of a mixed commercial portfolio (mainly industrial and office assets).Asset Management Responsibilities:Responsible for strategic and proactive asset management to drive asset performance and investment return.Take a proactive approach to new lettings and lease events (lease renewals, rent reviews and lease re-gears).Support on the delivery of projects such as CAPEX, refurbishments and occasionally redevelopments.Create and implement strong business plans.Monitor and analyse asset performance against forecast and identify variances.Assist with the on-boarding and analysis of new acquisitions.Work on implementing ESG initiatives.Manage external property management agents and other third-party consultants.Key Profile Requirements:Degree in Real Estate and MRICS.Excellent working knowledge of the L&T Act.Proven experience working in on Industrial, Logistics or Office assets.Previous Asset Management experience is essential.Proficient at using Microsoft Excel (ability to model and create DCF’s would be advantageous).Excellent communication and report writing skills, plus the ability to present.Office is based in Central London (they typically work in the office 4 days a week).Salary from £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus benefits package and discretionary bonus.If this opportunity is of interest and you have the experience required, please apply with your updated CV.
